Extra friendly wait staff. Manager checked on us. It is a clean resturant. The food arrived quickly and was satisfactory. I will return and I would recommend.

Absolutely love it!! My mother and I and sometimes other family comes in here all the time to eat Lunch/Dinner. Wanna give a big shout out to Our main server Ethan who always takes care of us. Food comes out perfect, All the servers are really nice, and Just a great quiet chill place over all. I love going to restaurants and making people laugh and still be able to enjoy my food and their laughter with us. It's what really makes great customer service.. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Delicious dinner, amazing service! O'Charley's is another great restaurant I really miss. I moved to Florida in 2017, and i haven't dined at O'Charley's since leaving Tennessee. After an excellent, enjoyable Friday night dinner, I realized how much I miss not having an O'Charley's in my area. My friends and I decided to dine at the O'Charley's in Alcoa for our obligatory Friday night out. O'Charley's was an excellent choice! The dining room and facilities are immaculate. The atmosphere perfect for a great conversation with friends. Naturally, being a Friday night, there was a very short wait prior to being seated in a very comfortable booth. All three of us ordered the Fried chicken tenders salad. This salad was always a favorite of mine from my many years ago. I was so happy to see it remains on the current menu. The salad was delicious; served with lots of breaded, fried chicken; tomatoes, cheese and honey mustard dressing. The highlight of our perfect evening; Chantelle, our awesome, amazing server!! Chantelle's friendly, attentive service and kind, caring personality made our Friday night dinner absolutely perfect (Thanks Chantelle!!!!) Now having been temporarily displaced from my home in Florida and living in Tennessee again, I am anxious to return and expect O'Charley's again (hopefully, Chantelle will be serving!!!)

The food was so good had the Southern surf and turf. Let me tell you it's the best cat fish I've ever had mad exactly how I asked and I am very picky. Autumn was on top of her job excellent service
We ordered DoorDash a few nights back, and our food was wrong, and DoorDash didn’t want to make it right, so I called O’Charley’s, well, Kevin(the manager) at O’Charley’s made it right for us, we definitely appreciate the lengths he went to, to make it right. 5. Definitely eat there again.
A group of us went to O'Charley's for Mother's Day dinner. 5 of th 10 people were moms. Everything went, just like clock work. No waiting, no wrong orders, and no under or overcooked food. Then, after we got finished, the waitress brought out 5, 5 dollar off cards for the moms. How are you gonna beat a deal like that? We had a very nice afternoon.
